Bala graduated from the School of Architecture and Planning, Anna University, Chennai in 2002 and started his career with Dev Bildikar Architects, Bangalore. He worked for three years handling residences, apartments and factory buildings. With a passion for exploring conceptual design development he spearheads the firms emphasis on quality of built spaces.

Mani graduated from the School of Architecture and Planning, Anna University, Chennai in 2002. He worked with Pelly Office Systems (India) Pvt. Ltd. Chennai for three years designing office systems and interiors spaces. His focus is on design detailing and translating ideas into reality, understanding material and construction methodologies.
